Son of one of the pioneers of Cagliari football, Corrado Delunas managed to fulfill one of the dreams of his life, that of creating a work that would tell the great history of Cagliari. After having painstakingly put together a huge collection of period images, mostly unpublished, assisted by the historical memory of the late Cenzo Soro (former player, coach and rossoblù manager) and by the historical-statistical collection curated by Carlo Fontanelli, Delunas wrote the first volume of this monumental work and tells the story of Cagliari football from its origins to the championship won by Manlio Scopigno and his boys at the end of the 1969-70 season.
