All our shipments, in Italy and abroad, are carried out with the traceable services of Poste Italiane.

The price varies according to the weight thresholds and, in the case of shipments outside Italy, to the country of destination.

For shipments within the Italian territory, the rates are as follows:

  • For orders up to 2kg in weight: Registered mail - € 5.00

  • For orders between 2 and 5kg in weight: Registered mail / Parcel post (depending on the volume of the shipment) - € 9.00

  • For orders between 5 and 10kg in weight: Parcel - € 11.00

  • For orders over 10 kg in weight: Parcel - € 15.00

In case of payment on delivery by cash on delivery, the rates will be subject to an increase of 2 €.

Once your order is received, we will ship it within 3 business days. The only exception is represented by purchases containing volumes with personalized reprint: in that case the times can be prolonged, depending on the processing times and we will keep you updated.

The approximate delivery times from the time of dispatch are 3-5 working days.


The tracking of all our shipments can be verified through the Poste Italiane website at , by entering the registered letter provided at the time of shipment in the appropriate search field.


If you are not satisfied with a product, you have 10 working days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the products you purchased online. To send a return request, we ask you to write to us via e-mail at indicating the subject "Return request".

The right of withdrawal does not apply by law to orders for which an invoice with a VAT number has been requested and it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase in case of shipment abroad.

If you have received an unsolicited product when placing your order, write to us at indicating "Shipping error" as the subject, or call us at 0571 924051 explaining the problem encountered.

If you have received a defective or damaged product, write to us at indicating as object "Defective product" and attaching some images of the problem encountered. You can also call us at 0571 924051 explaining the defect.
It will be our responsibility to replace the product, subject to agreement on the methods to be agreed by telephone or in writing depending on the method of contact.

Shipping costs in case of return are to be paid by the buyer.

If you have not received a purchased product, write to us at indicating "Missing product" as the subject, or call us at 0571 924051 indicating the missing title. We will send it as soon as possible according to the agreed methods.

If you have requested a return, you will receive your refund on the payment method used at the time of purchase:

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made by canceling the card.

  • If you paid with PayPal or Satispay, we will refund you by crediting the amount to your account.

  • If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, we will refund the amount received by bank transfer to the account you want to indicate with your return request.

  • If you paid with Satispay, the refund will be made by bank transfer: in the return form you will find the fields where you can enter your bank details.

By law, the refund must be made within 30 days of returning the products.
